How to Apply

1. 1 Open the BI App and go to My Account
2. 2 Tap Add Another Card
3. 3 Select Order Physical Card
4. 4 Fill in your application details
5. 5 Tap Continue to submit your request
6. 6 Receive your order confirmation notification
